How is the schedule the day of planned?
A few things factor into how your schedule is planned.

  • If there is a set time that you are allowed into your venue.

  • What time your photographer needs you done by.

  • How many persons are receiving services

These are a few helpful things to know after we have determined a start and finish time. These few things will ensure an easy, stressless morning on your special day!

  • Everyone being there on time at the start of the schedule is imperative. We don’t go off of a set schedule per person (ie: Janie at 11, Cindy at 12 etc.) There is no way of telling how long each person will take due to the fact that everyone’s hair type\skin type and style preferences are so different. If everyone is there at the start it is easy to rotate guests and keep on a smooth schedule.

  • Everyone should have dry day old dirty hair. And anyone with naturally curly/wavey hair should have it straight the morning of. These two things may seem small but help tremendously in the long run.

  • Everyone should arrive with clean dry skin. Our makeup technicians will be happy to address any skin concerns you or your guests may have so that you will be comfortable throughout the day. It is also important to let us know if you have any skin allergies.

We work hard with you and your vendors to put a time schedule together that will work best for everyone. We strive to be early on the morning of and do our best to keep you and your party on schedule so that your day can be as stress free as possible!

Why is an assistant need for parties of 6 or more?

For parties of this size we have found that having an assistant on board from the beginning has greatly lessoned the stress of both our brides and ourselves. Often because of time constraints bringing along an assistant to prep hair has been a large help in working efficiently and finishing in a timely manor without anyone feeling stressed. Our goal is always to have things run smoothly with as little to no stress as possible! If time allows we can always do away with the assistant and the fee but we like to be extra prepared from the beginning!
